Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator is a full-time position that assists the Administrative Department with regular tasks, including fiscal bookkeeping, office supply inventory and purchasing, equipment management, technology user support, and the day-to-day operations of the VYCC office. The Administrative Coordinator administers accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks as needed. Additionally, this person will play an integral part in managing administrative tasks for the field program, including employee hiring paperwork, Corps Member payroll and timesheets, field accounting, and administrative tracking sheets. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated team player with good computer skills who is interested in executing fiscal and day-to day operations independently. (

Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator position is ideal for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player who is interested in working fullātime for an organization which has a tremendous impact on the young people and environment of Vermont. Ideally this person will be creative, detail oriented, comfortable with public speaking, proficient at juggling multiple tasks, and thrive on working both in the field and in an office setting. This position will manage the recruitment and hiring of over 300 Crew Leaders and Corps Members annually and provide support to crews in the field. Coordinating and participating in community outreach, including information presentations at local colleges, youth service organizations, high schools, and community groups, are essential for this position. This position will also plan and implement the Learn, Earn, and Prosper program for youth with visual impairments, design
